White On White

Hello Friends & Followers

Hope you are all well, yes it is time for a new challenge again at Hobbycutz Challenges....
and our theme for the week ahead is WOW
meaning we would like to see you using white on white on your projects.
Please do visit the Challenge blog to see what all the lovely DT has created for your inspiration.
So for my Card I purchased my first Tiddly Inks images, and I had great fun colouring her.
I used my promarkers and I tried my best to improve my skin colouring as I am currently taking some colouring classes, but unfortunately I still need a lot of practice, and not to even mention my hair...

At first I struggled with the white on white idea and it didn't look quite right until I found the little scap of white stripey paper and I  did the stitching which made it stand out a little bit more....overall I am happy with the end result.

I just love my new bunting die which just arrived on Saturday from Joanna Sheen.

Well, hope to see you all around entering our Challenge.

Dancing Pippa at Hobbycutz Challenges

Hi, Everyone

Hope you are well and busy crafting...because that's what we all love most, isn't it?

It's a New week and we have a New challenge that started over on the Hobbycutz Challenge Blog.

and this week we have a New sponsor and it's the lovely lady - Sherri from My Besties.

and she was generous enough to sponsor our DT some images to work with.
So hop over and see what we have created.

For this week we would love you to join in our challenge with the theme -

Lace & Bows

a nice and easy theme.

So please come take part and stand a chance to win some lovely digi's from Sherri's store.

So for my project I used - Dancing Pippa, which I coloured with my Promarkers, I must admit that it's the first time I attempted curly hair, and I am not so sure it is what I had in mind, but never mind.

I really went all out on this project and probably added everything I like...lol

The all around the page punches and butterflies is from Martha Stewart.
The swirls is a die from Memory Box, and the birdcage, and doily shape is from my website.
If you haven't been along recently please have a look in my Shop as I added some new MDF bits.

Hope you like what you see and that you found something that inspired you! Thank you for taking time to stop by my blog. Your comments is really very much appreciated.

Smexy Terri

Hello Everyone,

How are you all doing! Thank you to all my followers for still hanging in there...I know I don't post as often as I should. There is just so many other things taking up my time.

I have made a card for the New Hobbycutz Challenge we have running since yesterday, and our theme for the week ahead is for you to use NO Designer paper. Nice and easy one, huh, so I thought but if you so use to using all the gorgeous papers out there it is hard to get going without...lol

But I managed in the end, although it did take me a bit longer than usual to think outside the box.

We received some lovely images to work with from this weeks sponsor which is The Stamping Chef.

For my card I opted to use Terri and you can find her here.
I used my pro makers to colour my image where after I layered her onto some Glitter card stock. Sorry I know you can't see the glitter very well.

As I wasn't allowed to use designer paper I went for the purple with simple stitching on it and layered it onto a square doily, added the mesh ribbon and the flowers from my stash and the Hobbycutz swirls.
Lastly I finessed of with some bling.

I hope you all like it and that you found something inspiring on my blog.
Please come and join us this week in our challenge as we would love to see your take on the theme.

Have a lovely week everyone and please visit my website to find these new releases -

and many more!!!

I used my  promarkers to colour her, but I must admit I felt a bit out of practise as I haven't done any colouring since before Christmas, but I still enjoyed it.

My I simply used bits & bobs from my craft stash.
The swirls is a Memory box die and the border punch is a Martha Stewart punch.
