Been a While...

Good Afternoon Friends & Followers...

Hope you all keeping well, I know its been awhile since I have posted anything here...
Things has just been super crazy in my world.

We have recently relocated to England which was quite an exhausting experience and things is only starting to settle down now and my workshop is being revamped at the moment and should be completed by the end of the month which I am super excited about.

Anyway I have had some time over the weekend and I made a card for my Challenge blog which we have a new theme for the week - Fauna & Flora and our sponsor for the week is Crafty Sentiments.
So please hop over to the Hobbycutz Challengeblog and come and join in the challenge. We would love to see what you create.

So for my card I chose a Mo Manning images as I just really haven't used this image before and was looking for an excuse to get it coloured.

I used my  promarkers to colour her, but I must admit I felt a bit out of practise as I haven't done any colouring since before Christmas, but I still enjoyed it.

My I simply used bits & bobs from my craft stash.
The swirls is a Memory box die and the border punch is a Martha Stewart punch.

The Mdf flowers is available on my website and the flowers is from Hobbycraft.

Well, I hope you like it and that it will inspire someone...I will try and be back a bit more regularly.

So keep well and have a lovely crafty week.

Been a while...

Hi All my lovely Followers...
Thank you for sticking around I know it's been a while.
I have been crazy busy as you all know, and if you don't here's what I have been keeping busy with.

I have actually made a card for the first times in months today, and it's for the new challenge that started on my challenge blog -
So please hop over and come and have a look.
We have a Brand New Challenge set every Sunday, with lovely inspirational projects from the Design Team.
And no, you don't only have to make a card you are welcome to submit any other projects as long as it fit the challenge set for that week.
So for this week running our Challenge theme is Steampunk.
Our Sponsor for this challenge is Sassy Studio's and we have received some gorgeous images to work with.

So here's my project, I used the Sketch.

So for my card I have used Steampunk Josephine.
I coloured the image using my promarkers and then gave it a bit of a shadow and cut along the lines.
The background papers is a 12x12 sheet I actually got from my Mum's shop while on holiday in South Africa, I have had it for a while, but just knew it will work a treat with this image.
The borders along the edges and the circle doily was cut using my Grand Calibur and some Spellbinders dies.
The Swirls and the gears was from my shop.

I am happy with how it turned out, as it has been a few months since I have actually made a card and I think you kinda lose touch, or maybe not...

Please visit the Challenge blog as there is so much more projects from other DT members to inspire you.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
