Gingerloft - Add Beads DT Card

Good Evening Bloggers,

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend so far, I must say this is the laziest Sunday we had in a very long time. Got up very late this morning and just did about nothing for the whole day! Me hubby and little one has been watchings dvd and eating junk for most of the day.....

So I decided to quickly come and do my post, before it is way too late.

The following card I made for the New challenge starting over on Gingerloft today and it is running for two weeks and our theme is to add some beads to your creation.

So here's mine:

The image I used is the French clown and it is available from Gingerloft. I just went for something plain and simple, so I didn't want to add too much embellishments to it. I use the Sketch from the current Sketch and Stash challenge which I just flipped 90º. added the ribbon and bows and the glass beads (sorry if they not showing up very well).

OSCC DT Card - Get Well soon....

How are you all doing this morning, hope you all having a lovely weekend and hope the sun is shining wherever you may be....

Our New challenge is just started over on One Stop Craft Challenge and our theme for this week is to make a Get well soon card. We have a lovely new sponsor this week - A day for daisies and we were lucky enough to choose some lovely images to work with, so please pop over and see what the rest of my DT team has come up with.

For my card I used Dandelion Delivery and it's available here. I coloured the image using my Promarkers,
Black, Cool Greys 1-5 and the blender as I wanted to go for a monochromatic card. I them used a cricut machine to cut the image into oval and layered that onto a sparkly silver oval.
The black rectangle was punched using a Martha Stewart punch round the page punch. All my flowers was hand made out of little scraps of black, silver and white papers I had in my scrap box. The butterflies was punched using a Martha Stewart punch and then glittered using some stickles. Lastly I stamped the sentiment before assembling my whole card. I also added loads of bling which unfortunately only shows up when you click on the picture to enlarge. Well I must say I really liked all the sparkle and bling and I do like the end result of this card.

Sweet Stampin - Things with wings DT card!

Good Afternoon Bloggers & Friends....

I so apologise for this post being so late! My original post that was scheduled for Saturday has disappeared....

This card I made for the challenge we have over on the Sweet Stampin blog this week and we have a lovely theme - Things with wings

Our sponsor for this week is Pollycraft and they have so many lovely images to use, and we were lucky enough to receive some lovely images to work with! Who are offering 5 digis to one lucky winner.

I Coloured my image using my Promarkers then I added some stickles to the wings and her top. I added some bling to the swirls which I stamped onto my background papers and to her wings. The rest of the images was stamped onto my background papers just using black ink. I added the lace and the flowers for embellishment and lastly the butterfly charm.

Lexi's DT Card - No Sentiment!

Good Morning Everyone,

Firstly I would just like to apologise for my absence and my post not being published! We were away on holiday this week and somehow the post I scheduled never went live, and the mobile reception was extremely bad where we were camping so I didn't have any internet, so I was extremely disappointed when I signed on this morning to find that none of my post I scheduled were published.

But anyhow, here is the DT card I made for Lexi's Creations! Our current challenge that is running over there is to make an project using NO sentiment.

So I made this Oriental themed card. Sorry my picture is not very clear.....

Hope you having a fabulous weekend! I know I am therefore the reason for scheduling this post as I am probably still in my bed as we had loads of friends visiting last night.....and for the rest of the weekend.

So my card for this morning is my DT card for One Stop Craft Challenge and our new challenge this week is to make a Fathers Day card....there is quite a lot of these challenges on at the minute....

Anyway I used one of my digi's I won a few weeks back from Bugaboo stamps, I was really just waiting for an excuse to use this one...lol

I coloured the image using my Promarkers and the lovely Backing papers is from a K&Co paperstack I acquired last weekend at the stampers show in Edinburgh and it is called Hopscotch.... these papers is just so lovely.

My First Card for Sweet Stampin DT

Good Morning Followers and Fellow Bloggers,

Hope you having a lovely day where you are. Today is my first card as one of the New Design Team members over at Sweet Stampin Challenge, and boy I am so excited, it was so hard to contain all the excitement until after the big announcement...but anyway here I am.

This week we have the theme of Playing in the Sun and we have a wonderful sponsor Lilli of The Valley, so please hop over and come and join us in the fun.

So my card Recipe is as follow:
Image: My image is the adorable Kai playing in the sand from the wonderful Mo Manning. I coloured him using my Promarkers, then I layered him onto light blue and orange card stock ovals which I have cut out using a cricut machine.
Papers: My backing papers is from the Milton & Co paper stack from Wild Rose studios, which I have matted again on the light blue and orange card stock.
Embellishments: All my little die cuts was made using a cricut, then I just added the ribbon and the buttons which was from papermania.
